2025 Commercials Contracts MOAs
Following the tentative agreement reached between the JPC and SAG-AFTRA on April 11, 2025, and the subsequent approval by the SAG-AFTRA National Board on April 27, 2025, the JPC is pleased to present the Memoranda of Agreement for the 2025 Commercials Contract and Audio Commercials Contract, available for download via the links below. A FAQs document will follow in the coming weeks. The SAG-AFTRA member ratification voting period ends May 21, 2025.
