Coming Soon: Q1 Commercials Contracts Survey from the JPC
The Joint Policy Committee (JPC) greatly appreciates your insightful feedback shared with us throughout the 2025 quarterly Industry Surveys. Your responses enable us to better understand the real-world successes, challenges, and potential areas of improvement under the 2025 Commercials Contracts. From this feedback, we know that many of you are eagerly awaiting the full comprehensive Contract book which is why we are excited to share that an updated, comprehensive full book is underway and will be released this year.
To kick off the 2026 quarterly surveys, the Q1 survey will be distributed on Monday, February 23, and will remain open through Friday, March 6, 2026. This brief but important survey will provide the JPC with important insights into the Contracts and will explore topics such as AI, Maximum Period of Use (MPU), and more.
