Updated 2025 Commercials Contracts Resources Now Available

The Joint Policy Committee (JPC) is committed to advancing industry education and helping advertisers and advertising agencies navigate union agreements. We are pleased to share that the Commercials Contracts website is updated, and new resources are now available to support understanding of the 2025 Commercials and Audio Commercials Contracts.

 The website, first launched in 2024, now features a side-by-side comparison of the 2025 Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the 2022 and 2019 MOAs and the 2016 Contract. You can easily navigate the content by alphabetical index, category, Contract section, or keyword search, making it simpler to find relevant information and resources.

We encourage you to bookmark and share http://commercialscontracts.org/, as we continue enhancing it as a simple, easy to navigate, single source for Commercials Contracts information. Looking ahead, SAG-AFTRA and the JPC are planning another website refresh this year following the release of a comprehensive 2025 SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contracts book. More details will be shared soon.

In addition, updated educational videos covering MPU and holding fees, editing, and payment structure are now available via the JPC website. Each video is under 10 minutes and uses practical examples to bring key Contract terms to life.
