Now Open: JPC 2026 Q1 Industry Survey for the Commercials Contracts
The Joint Policy Committee’s (JPC) Q1 Survey is now live!
This brief survey is your opportunity to share feedback directly with the JPC. It will remain open for two (2) weeks and will close end of day on Friday, March 6, 2025. If you’re unable to complete it right away, we encourage you to set a calendar reminder.
This survey is designed to gather insights into your experience with the 2025 Commercials Contracts so far. It includes questions that explore topics such as AI, Maximum Period of Use (MPU), and more. Whether you are a signatory or non-signatory, and whether you’re just getting started or have been working with the Contracts for some time, your input will help shape how the JPC can better support you and your organization.
As a reminder, all responses are strictly confidential and will only be reported in aggregate. No individual responses will be attributed or shared outside of the JPC.
Finally, from previous feedback, we know that many of you are eagerly awaiting the full comprehensive Contract book which is why we are excited to share that an updated, comprehensive full book is underway and will be released this year.
